NetWalker is a desktop application designed for functional analyses of large-scale genomics datasets within the context of molecular networks. The algorithm implemented in NetWalker generates Edge Flux tables which can be analyzed in the form of EF Heatmaps (heatmap in the center panel), and directly exported to network views (panels on the right).
